Explain Return situation
First, you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part. If you purchased from our Mail Order or Internet Departments, please call 888-445-5226 Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number. Second, write in large black letters the RGA number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Third, return the package(s) freight pre-paid to:

Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the reason for the return is due to Superformance LLC error in shipment. All special order returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days from the invoice date will only receive store credit. No returns after 90 days from the invoice date. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, they can not have been damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. Certain parts are not returnable: Wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items. If in error Superformance LLC shipped you the incorrect parts, we will pay the freight both to and from you the customer within 30 days.

Free Shipping Returns
Customer returns for parts that received "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
